The Alliance Memory 16Mb 3.3V Serial Multi I/O NOR Flash Memory supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) along with Dual and Quad SPI modes. It includes Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), I/O2 (WP), and I/O3 (HOLD) for flexible interfacing. Dual I/O data transfers reach speeds up to 208Mbits/s, while Quad I/O and Quad Output modes support transfer speeds up to 416Mbits/s, offering high-performance serial memory access.
