SMC for use with Nylon, FEP, PFA, Soft Nylon, Polyurethane Vacuum Generator

This vacuum generator provides compact, pneumatic suction for automation and pick-and-place tasks. It operates with compressed Air to produce a controlled negative pressure for handling a variety of plastic and polymer tubing, and is configured in a body-ported box style suitable for panel or manifold integration. The unit is supplied with a mounting bracket and omits a silencer in the box configuration, making it readily adaptable for confined assembly or robotic end‑of‑arm tooling environments.

It accepts soft nylon, nylon, polyurethane, FEP and PFA tubing for versatile connection choices.

The supply uses a screw‑in R3/8 connection while vacuum and exhaust use screw‑in R1/2 fittings for secure piping.

The product is delivered with a bracket and excludes a silencer in the box configuration to suit confined installations.

Both the pressure medium and ambient temperatures must be kept within −5 °C to 50 °C to maintain proper function.
