The load path combines synthetic Fibre for the lifeline with metallic hardware formed from steel and aluminium, Plus galvanised steel fittings for corrosion prevention.

The internal mechanism arrests descent by locking the lifeline upon Rapid acceleration, limiting fall distance and reducing Peak forces transmitted to the user.

It conforms to European EN 360 criteria and meets the requirements set out in DIN 19427 for self-retracting lifelines.
