What is Tungsten Carbide?
A Tungsten Carbide Blade is longer lasting and more durable than a standard replacement blade, due to the brittleness of the carbide edge which makes it more rigid than steel. The carbide tipped edge is achieved via tungsten carbide powder deposited through a high powered laser, producing a much sharper edge.
