The Infineon makes this EasyPACK 3B 950 V, 200 A dual boost IGBT module with 1200 V CoolSiC diode, TRENCHSTOP IGBT7, NTC and PressFIT contact technology. Together with F3L400R10W3S7F_B11 and F3L400R10W3S7_B11, it provides a total solution for 1500 V 3-phase PV string inverters. This device enables MPPT inputs with rated current of 26 A at 16 kHz switching frequency. It is designed for fuse less MPPT input with two strings in parallel. It is compatible with bifacial PV modules with 400 W+ rated power. It provides enough creepage distance and is tested according to necessary isolation requirement. The solder-less, fast assembly process to form reliable connection thanks to PressFIT terminals.

1200 V CoolSiC diodes reduces switching loss of IGBT

Dual boost topology, 3 MPPT circuits in one module

Bypass diodes and reverse polarity protection diodes are integrated for each MPPT circuit
