This heavy-duty power connector is a rugged multipole Interface designed for industrial electrical connections in automation, electronics and mechanical systems. It provides a sealed, metallic enclosure with a lever-operated bulkhead housing and a hood for cable-side entry, enabling secure power transmission in demanding environments while accommodating ring or screw-type terminations.

The outer Shell is die-cast aluminium, providing mechanical strength and electromagnetic screening without relying on plastic components.
How are conductors terminated inside the connector?
Conductors use screw terminals sized for 18–14 AWG with a recommended 7.5mm conductor strip length for secure electrical contact.

The kit includes a metal M32 cable gland with an SW40 tightening requirement and supports two cable diameter ranges via supplied gland components.
How Durable is the contact Interface over repeated use?

What are the recommended torque values for mounting and cable clamping?
Mounting screws for the panel should be tightened to 0.8–1.0 N·m, with Terminal and fixing screws using PH1/PH2 or slotted drivers at approximately 0.5 N·m, and the gland tightened to 15 N·m.
Note
Male and female inserts may be fitted to a hood or housing if the installation requires such a reverse configuration.
