The Microchip SST25VF080B series is a 8Mbit serial peripheral interface (SPI) serial flash memory. They are manufactured with proprietary, high performance CMOS superflash technology. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunnelling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability.
