Schneider Electric LAD6 Contactor Latching Block for use with LC1 Series

TeSys Deca mechanical latch block, for LC1D09-D80A, LC1DT20-DT80A contactors and CAD control relays (except devices with low consumption coils). Electrical latching and unlatching is performed applying a 110-127V control voltage pulse (> 100ms in AC, 250ms in DC). Unlatching can be manually operated. Clip-on mounting on front of contactor, connection by screw terminals. For applications with high operating rates until 1200 cycles/hour. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

This block is compatible with multiple contactors from the LC1 series, making it a versatile option.

For assembly in a snap, you can mount this latching block by simply clipping it to the front of your contactor.

On coil energisation the mechanical latch is engaged & holds the armature closed.This feature enables the contactors state to be maintained when re-starting after an interrupted cycle & allows power consumption reduction by enabling de-energisation of the contactor coil.

Remotely actuated or by front panel button

The unlatch coil & the contactor or relay must not be energised simultaneously. Maximum on time is 30 seconds (not continuously rated). Maximum operation frequency is 36 per hour.
