The DiodesZetex makes a high-performance 4 channel low capacitance TVS Diode array device suitable for protecting four high speed I/Os. This device is assembled in UDFN2510-10 and U-DFN2510-10 (Type CJ) packages and has high ESD surge capability, low ESD clamping voltage and ultra-low capacitance. The device package is completely Lead, halogen, and Antimony free. The operating temperature of this device is -55°C to 150°C.

The device has Clamping voltage of 9.4V at 16A TLP The device offers 4 Channels of ESD protection It has an ultra-low channel input capacitance of maximum 0.35pF It has TLP dynamic resistance of 0.39Ω
