RS PRO Type J Thermocouple 3 m Length, 6 mm Diameter, +350°C


Choose this Type J thermocouple from RS PRO when you need a versatile, general-purpose instrument for measuring temperatures. It can quickly and accurately gauge temperatures between -60°C and +350°C, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

The thermocouple has a 170 mm spring at the end with an adjustable fixing cap, so you can easily adjust the insertion depth. This allows you to measure the temperature of any point in a container and ensure an even spread of heat. It also means that there's no need to keep multiple fixed depth probes on hand.

The glass-fibre insulated lead is sheathed in a stainless steel overbraided cable. This construction allows it to withstand a significant degree of pressure, so you can be sure that the thermocouple will hold up under harsh conditions.
