Panasonic Thermistor, NTC Type, 0603 (1608M), 1.6 x 0.8 x 0.8mm

ERTJ multilayer NTC thermistors from Panasonic are constructed from semiconductive ceramics and electrodes. These NTC thermistors have a wide temperature operating range between -40°C and +125°C and are highly reliable.
