The DiodesZetex SDT5A100SAF provides very low VF and extremely excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. It is ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode or blocking diode. The SMAF package is Lead, halogen and Antimony Free. The device offers a VPRR (Peak Repetitive reverse Voltage) of 100 V and, operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
