HY Electronic Corp 100V 5A, Schottky Diode, 2-Pin DO-27 SR5100

The HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited 5A schottky diodes have a reverse voltage ranging from 40 V to 100 V. The schottky barrier rectifier has a low forward voltage.

The fast switching schottky rectifier is used for freewheeling high frequency inverters and polarity protection.
