AT86RF23x 2.4GHz RF Transceivers

These AT86RF23x low-power 2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4 compliant transceivers are designed for both industrial and consumer high data rate applications.

RF Output Power: up to +4dBm (AT86RF233), up to +3dBm (AT86RF231)
