This probe offers a bandwidth of 150 MHz and has a fixed attenuation of 10:1, allowing you to achieve a more sufficient high-frequency response. The RS-TP 6151R is a lightweight passive probe that doesn't require a battery or power supply in order to work, making it ideal for working on the go. In addition, this model features a readout actuator pin on the BNC connector for readout functionality.

What is oscilloscope probe bandwidth?
The bandwidth of an oscilloscope specifies the usable frequency range of the oscilloscope. The signal processing circuitry of an oscilloscope acts like a low pass filter, limiting the frequency behaviour of the device. Therefore, for a proper analysis, the oscilloscope bandwidth must be considerably higher than the frequency of the signal under test.
