The RS PRO Submersible level sensor is designed to measure liquid level based on the relationship between liquid column height and hydrostatic pressure. pressure is measured at the separating diaphragm of the immersed probe and referenced to atmospheric pressure through a capillary in the cable. a piezoresistive sensing element with an isolating diaphragm ensures accurate measurement, while integrated electronics standardize the signal and provide protection against overvoltage and induced interference.
