This family of LEDs, from Kingbright, consist of 3 chips within a surface mount (SMD) package. The RGB (red, green, blue) LEDs have a water clear lens with a viewing angle of 120°. They come in a variety of different packages with a range of different footprint dimensions.

Their RGB chips together create a full-colour LED, which is able to produce any colour within the Visual spectrum, including white light.
