The Kingbright Super Bright Yellow device is made with AlGaInP (on GaAs substrate) light emitting diode chip . Electrostatic discharge and power surge could damage the LEDs. It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs. All devices, equipment and machineries must be electrically grounded. it's dimension is 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm, 0.55 mm high, hence suitable for compact optoelectronics applications like Backlight, Status indicator, Healthcare applications.
