The ROHM White LED driver is specifically designed for LCD backlighting, featuring a MOS for boost and 4 channel current drivers that enable high brightness LED operation. With a maximum LED pin voltage of 50 V, it is ideal for driving medium LCD panels. The driver also supports analogue dimming, allowing for even greater brightness ranges when combined with PWM dimming. Additionally, it includes control for DC/DC converters for boost applications, operating within an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 48.0 V, making it versatile for various lighting needs.
