The Intesis Hitachi-BACnet interface provides full bidirectional communication between Hitachi VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) units and BACnet MS/TP networks. This interface allows for seamless BACnet communication using polling or subscription requests (COV), making the indoor unit accessible through independent BACnet objects. Additionally, a wired remote controller can be connected to further control and monitor the system, providing greater flexibility and integration within BACnet-based building management systems (BMS).
