The Microchip UCS81003 USB Port Power Switch Evaluation Board enables designers to evaluate the features of the UCS81003 Automotive USB Port Power Controller device in a variety of configurations. The board utilises the MCP2221 USB to I2C bridge to allow communication between the UCS81003 and the Graphical User Interface (GUI) via a USB connection.
The GUI gives read/write access to all the UCS81003 registers and features real time register monitoring, graphical display of current and charge, an intuitive interface for custom charging emulation configuration registers and register configuration save and load.
