It has robust screw terminals and features housing manufactured from halogen-free plastic to reduce the risk of dangerous emissions in the event of a fire.

The industrial power connector has a minimum operating temperature of -25˚C and a maximum of +40˚C. It's voltage rated at 230 V and current rated at 16 A, with an insulation resistance rating of 500 / 690V.

The socket has been exhaustively tested to ensure it's both safe and reliable, meeting European standards as a socket suitable for industrial use (EN60309-1, EN60309-2).
