From Mennekes, the PowerTOP Plus series of IP67 watertight industrial power connectors are robust, reliable and easy to connect. Convenient front and rear locking slides and simple screw connections make the PowerTOP Plus industrial plugs essentially tool free supporting rapid connection, reducing installation time. Moulded seals in the front part of the plug and bayonet locking ring ensure the PowerTOP Plus industrial connectors are fully sealed to IP67 when mated. A rugged cable gland at the rear of the industrial power plug with integrated strain relief prevents cable kinking. Constructed from a tough Amaplast casing, including nickel plated contacts and heat resistant contact carriers supporting excellent corrosion resistance. Ergonomically designed for a slip-proof grip the PowerTOP series of BS4343 industrial power connectors perform exceptionally well in the most demanding environments.

Mennekes PowerTOP

Plugs, sockets, appliance inlets and interlocked sockets conforming to the latest requirements of British and European standards. The insulator outer casing and interiors are manufactured from Amaplast (nylon 6) 16/32A, Amelan 63 / 125A for excellent mechanical performance. This material provides good electrical insulation and will meet the requirements of most industrial environments.
Contact tubes and pins are made of brass. To prevent incorrect connection, the earth contact is in a different position, relative to the safety key way on each socket outlet, for each voltage. All types are colour coded by voltage and are suitable for 50/60Hz operation.
