These modules integrate optimized gate drive of the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple on-module protection features.
Low-loss, short-circuit rated IGBTs
Protection against under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, temperature sensing, and fault reporting.
