This hose from RS PRO has a copper wire bonded to its exterior to eliminate the risk of blockages and fire from static build-up. It's commonly used when working with materials that build up an electric charge in engineering facilities, food production lines and woodworking studios.
The hose keeps your fluids and powders flowing freely thanks to the integrated, crush-resistant helix. The PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material makes it flexible yet highly durable under normal operating conditions. It has a smooth interior to reduce friction loss while you work.
This product is non-toxic and has been tested to ensure compliance with the European Food Regulation 10/2011 standards. It's safe to use with all food types except for fatty products. It's also suitable for light-duty suction of powders, slurries and water.
