IXYS IX4427NTR 2 8-Pin, SOIC

The IXYS gate driver is dual high-speed, low-side gate driver. Each of the two outputs can source and sink. The driver is configured as a dual non-inverting driver. The gate driver is available in standard 8-pin SOIC.
