This flow sensor measures volumetric flow of compressed Air and nitrogen within pneumatic systems using a thermal heat-loss principle. It is intended for inline measurement where a compact, plug-connected device provides direct numeric readouts and status switching for control tasks in automation, electronics and mechanical installations.

How is the unit electrically connected on-site?

An illuminated multi-colour LCD shows selectable units (l, l/h, l/min, m3, scf, scfm) and allows teach-in setup and PIN protection for tamper prevention.

What accuracy and stability can be expected during operation?


Typical accuracy is ±(3% of measured Value + 0.3% FS) with repetition offset 0.2% FS and span repeatability 0.8% FS, and a temperature coefficient of about 0.1% FS/K.

How is the sensor mounted and connected pneumatically?


It mounts via through-holes, H-rail or wall bracket and accepts tubing with 6mm outside diameter for the process connection.

What protections support electrical reliability?


The device includes short-circuit and overload protection, and switching outputs can be configured as normally open or normally closed for flexible integration.
