The square black grill is designed to keep the fan clear of objects without restricting airflow. It comes with four holes at the corners, spaced 104.8 mm apart, so can simply screw the grill in place. This 120 mm by 120 mm sized plastic guard is suitable for use with square frame sizes from 40 mm to 172 mm.

Made from polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) – a strong plastic with a good level of resistance to abrasion and heat – this cover is often found on fans that are vital to industrial cooling and ventilation systems.
