The ROHM BR25H256 series is a 256 Kbit serial EEPROM works at supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5, ambient operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, have SPI bus interface and available in SOP8, SOP-J8, TSSOP-B8, MSOP8 and VSON008X2030 package. This EEPROM used in airbag, ABS and ECU applications.
