Penta MS76 Ratchet Cable Cutters

A series of insulated ratchet cable cutters from Sibille. Designed to help protect the user during live working, accidental contact or flashover when working on or next to energised systems. The insulation is positively bonded to the tool, impact resistant, fire retardant and resistant to most acids.
