Very low supply current of 0.2 mA independent of supply voltage 1 mW / comparator at 5 V
Low input bias current of 25 nA typical
Low input offset current of ± 5 nA typical
Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
Low output saturation voltage of 250 mV typical Io= 4 mA
TTL, DTL, ECL, CMOS compatible outputs
