The Intesis gateway is designed to integrate any LON device or installation with a BACnet-based Building Management System (BMS) or any BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP controller. This integration allows LON devices, their network variables (SNVT), and resources to be accessed and controlled from a BACnet-based control system or device as if they were a native part of the BACnet system. In turn, it also enables BACnet resources to be accessible from the LON network, ensuring smooth interoperability and seamless communication between the LON and BACnet systems for efficient building automation and control.
