    To move to the next level of our APAC strategy, we are excited to announce the acquisition of domnick hunter-RL (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This acquisition is to accelerate profitable growth through service solutions which is a major part of our company strategy.

    DH acquisition improves RS MRO services for Thai market with tech sync, local supply boost, and improving local stock and supply chain capability.

    Domnick hunter-RL (DH) began as Thailand’s sole distributor for domnick hunter Ltd UK (now Parker Hannifin) and is now one of the market leaders in industrial compressed air and air purification systems, among other industrial products. The domnick hunter-RL industrial product range includes Air compressors and Filters (Desiccant & Refrigeration), Vacuum Filters, Water Treatment, Liquid Filters, and Gas Generators. With nearly 30 years in this specialized Industrial market, DH has built a strong professional team in project design, install, test and commission as well maintenance and repair services to support their long-standing customers and business relationships. 

    By acquiring Domnick Hunter-RL, RS aims to leverage the company's expertise in filtration and expand its own offerings in this area. The acquisition will enable RS to offer a wider range of products and solutions to its customers, and to provide enhanced technical support and expertise. Moreover, we can amplify our MRO services to RS customers in Thailand, combining our RS MRO offer, technology synchronization with RS Integrated Supply, as well as enhanced local stock and supply chain capability.
