Use this connector housing from Molex to attach your pre-crimped wires to a PCB. For versatility, it can accommodate two conductors at the same time. Thanks to a secure lock-to-mating design, you can rely on it for a vibration-resistant connection to the board. A wide operating temperature range between -40°C and +105°C means the unit can withstand challenging environments. Its nylon material is thermal-resistant for safe industrial use and it also insulates the conductor to protect you from electric shocks during handling.

How do I attach a terminal to this connector?
To attach a terminal to this connector, first strip off the outer jacket of the wire. Insert the stripped end into the compatible crimp contact (178-6907) and use a crimp tool to fasten them together. You can then insert the crimped terminal into this connector.

Molex 1625 Series (0.062in./1.57mm)
A range of Molex Standard .062" products that are suitable for either Power or Signal applications. Housings of the Standard .062" system are polarized and locking is by passive (friction) lock between the plug and the socket via a projection moulded on to the socket. The Standard .062" system housings take male or female round crimp terminals which allows for orientation in any direction.
