Cooper Bussman's bolted tag fuse is essentially a fuse that is fitted with brackets, these brackets allow the fuse to be bolted onto a fuse holder. Predominantly this type of fuse is used within installations as a "weak link". This British Standard fuse from Eaton is suitable for protecting semiconductor devices thanks to its ultra-rapid response time. The fuse will blow almost instantaneously in the event of an overcurrent to protect sensitive semiconductor components. It's a bolted tag fuse (also known as an offset slotted fuse), meaning it has tags fixed at either end that can be used to bolt it onto a busbar. Alternatively, you can screw it into a fuse holder.
