Soldering iron kit with tube for smoke extraction


FE75, 80 W, Fume Extraction Soldering Iron.


From Weller this is the FE75 Fume Extraction soldering iron complete with an integrated extraction tube assisting in removing the solder fumes from where you are working. The fume extraction tube will not affect the solder temperature at the solder tip therefore not reduce the required outcome of the solder work. The soldering irons have been designed to work with the Zero-Smog fume extraction systems. The tube, extracting the solder fumes, is integrated with the handle of the soldering iron and sits over the solder tip. If you are using the iron when soldering in hard to reach areas the extraction tube can be retracted to allow better access plus, allows cleaning of the tube and soldering tips. The soldering iron heats up to the required temperature within 10 seconds to a maximum temperature of 450°C and includes silver-line heating technology controlling the temperature through suitable temperature-controlled tips.
