RS PRO Retroreflective Photoelectric Sensor, Barrel Sensor, 50 mm → 7 m Detection Range

Using a light beam to detect and measure distance, this retroreflective barrel sensor will perceive and measure objects. Assisted by a red light for alignment, its polarising filter detects light reflected off the object's surface, and it's made more accurate by background blanking. The range of this sensor is 50 mm to 7 m and it's from the trusted RS PRO range so has been subjected to a range of safety checks by engineers.

Corrosion-resistant, the sensor has nickel-plated brass casing. You can mount it with the handy bracket supplied and it comes complete with a reflector.

Sensors such as this one are usually found in industrial manufacturing. It's CE-certified and UL-listed for safety and sustainability and meets standards E348498 and NRKH7 as a safe and effective photoelectric sensor. IP67 rated, it's also water-resistant so you can use it in damp conditions.
