TT-SX 9002 - 30MHz active differential probe - x20 / x200


The Testec TT-SX 9002 High-Voltage Differential probes allow conventional earth-grounded oscilloscopes to be used for floating signal measurements - up to1400V differential or common mode voltage (x200). This model offers user selectable attenuation setting (x20 & x200), making the probe highly versatile and usable for a broad range of applications including power supply measurements and motor controls. This probe is compatible with any oscilloscope with a 1 MΩ BNC female input

and feature up to 30 MHz of bandwidth. The probe can be powered by an oscilloscope USB port (USB Power Cord USB-A to USB-C included), internal batteries (4 x AA batteries), or USB power adapter, both not included in the scope of delivery. The probe is shipped standard with a factory calibration certificate.
