4D Systems 4DLCD-24320240-IPS TFT TFT LCD Display, 2.4in, 240 x 320pixels

The 4D Systems color active-matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT IPS (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a color IPSTFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC and a backlight unit. The module display area contains 240X320 pixels and can display up to 262K colors. This product accords with RoHS environmental criterion. \This is a Raw TFT Display, it features no processor and cannot be programmed directly.
