Fairchild QEB363 and QEB373 Series IR LEDs
The QEB363 and QEB373 series, from Fairchild Semiconductor, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes in a subminiature plastic package. They have an industry standard package size of T-3/4 (2mm) with a water clear lens. They have a variety of lead options including gullwing, yoke and z-bend. The QEB363 and QEB373 series of IR LEDs offer a high radiant intensity from a narrown emission beam angle.
