RS PRO IP20 Inverter Drive 0.4 kW, 0.5 HP, Single Phase, PNP, 200 to 240 V ac, 7.2 A with Built-in Filter
From RS PRO this is the RS510, single phase, 0.4 kW Inverter Drive with built-in filter and control panel for use with AC motors plus suitable for various drive applications. The inverter drive has a wealth of additional features from the PNP (positive-negative-positive) digital input/output signal, important within automation and control systems, DIN Rail Mounting plus fan controlled ambient temperature.
Inverter Drives are also known as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and as Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), providing precise control and energy efficiency protecting electric motors. A valuable component for improving processes, extending the life span of motor driven equipment.
