RS PRO Stainless Steel Hex Screw Worm Drive, 12 mm Band Width, 16 mm - 22 mm Inside Diameter
When you need a simple, reliable solution for fastening your hoses, turn to this RS PRO worm drive. It's made from A2 304 stainless steel that's hardened with chrome and nickel to increase resistance to corrosion and oxidation. This makes it a good choice for a number of demanding indoor and outdoor applications.
Thanks to the worm drive fastening, it's quick to install on a flexible hose. Simply place it over the hose and use a slotted screwdriver or hex tool to tighten. The screw and gear design keeps the clip securely in place. The grooves for the screw thread are stamped without piercing the metal for a smoother band surface. This reduces the risk of damage to your rubber, silicone or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose while installing and using.
As part of the RS PRO range, this product has been rigorously tested. It's commonly used in catering, agriculture and construction applications.
