How will I be affected?
Below are the changes that you will notice as of 3 June 2013:
1. RS Contact Number:
All customers will be issued with a new RS Contact Number. Learn more here.
2. Billing and Transaction documents:
There will be some changes in the display of contact information, invoicing address etc. Learn more here.
3. Online Account Details:
If you’re an existing customer, you will be directed to validate or complete your profile on your first login attempt.
If you have previously added alternative delivery addresses to your profile, please re-enter them to save it on our system.
