You can use it to transmit data and commands from instruments in explosive atmospheres to machinery in non-hazardous zones using a safe, low-current signal no greater than 20mA.
The product's insulation protects you from surges or overvoltage up to a Peak isolation Value of 375V (per IEC/EN 61010-1 and IEC/EN 60079-11), so it's a trusty choice for keeping your workplace safe.
As it's suitable for Pt, Ni and Cu sensors with 2, 3 or 4 wires, you can rest assured this is a versatile option that works with various bits of kit for testing temperatures. What's more, as it accepts conductors anywhere between 0.2 and 2.5mm², you'll find it's a breeze to pair with AWG sizes 24 to 14.
