A range of 2.5V precision voltage references from Linear Technology. The range includes both series and shunt types with some devices (such as the LT1019) being capable of operating in either mode.

Voltage References, Linear Technology

Linear Technology produces a wide range of series and shunt precision voltage references. Series types operate in the same manner as 3-terminal voltage regulators whilst shunt references perform in the same way as zener diodes. Linear Technology voltage references offer accuracy and low drift over time and temperature. Typical applications include precision measurement systems, power supply monitoring, current loop measurement and control systems, digital voltmeters and A/D and D/A references.
