RS PRO Silicone Thermal Gap Pad, 2 W/m·K, 300 x 200 x 0.5 mm, Self-Adhesive
Use this RS PRO thermal gap pad to prevent damage to your components caused by excess heat from printed circuit boards (PCBs). It becomes soft and pliable when exposed to heat and fills gaps to ensure continued conductivity while protecting your equipment.
The self-adhesive side allows you to quickly affix the pad with minimal effort. You can be assured that the silicone base is flame-retardant and provides insulation to prevent the outbreak of electrical fires.
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance means the product contains only negligible amounts of any substances that can damage your health. You can use it for better heat transfer in engine control units and computer hard drives.
