HIH-4000/4020/4021 Series Humidity Sensors, Honeywell

The HIH-4000 series has been specifically designed for use in high volume OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) applications. These sensors utilise a near linear voltage output making direct input to a controller or other devices possible. They are ideally suited for low drain, battery operated systems with a typical current draw of only 200 μA.
