The Pilz standalone safety relay features 1/2-channel wiring, with or without detection of shorts across contacts. It includes 3 normally open (N/O) outputs, 1 normally closed (N/C) output, and 1 standard (STD) output. The relay supports both automatic and manual start options and operates with a 24 V DC supply voltage (UB). It has a width of 112.5 mm and integrates screw terminals for secure connections. Designed to monitor E-STOP functions and safety gates, the relay also offers two independently adjustable delay-on de-energization contacts. The release time can be set across 12 levels, ranging from 1 to 20 seconds or 0.1 to 3 seconds, providing flexibility in safety applications.
