STD-502-R & STD-503 2.4GHz DSSS Low Power Transceivers

The STD-502-R and STD-503 are 2.4 GHz transceivers using direct-sequence spread-spectrum (DSSS) modulation and a true diversity circuits, enabling reliable communications even in the congested 2.4 GHz band. Low power consumption and battery operation give these modules the performance required by applications where long range and reliability are essential. The transceivers use a transparent data interface to enable users to communicate using their own protocols and they can easily be configured via the UART interface using dedicated commands. The modules include a custom on-board ASIC containing SS correlator (a key part of spread spectrum communication) ensuring long term supply consistency for industrial applications. The transceivers comply with the relevant European, U.S., Canadian and Japanese standards, making them ideal for a global market.
