RS PRO Passive High Voltage Oscilloscope Probe

Upon inspection, the probe is ergonomically designed, feels great in the hand and an engineer will have a great user experience even during extended use. Use this high voltage probe in conjunction with oscilloscopes with an impedance of 1 MΩ.
